Chef Vincent Lim is the director of Chef V Hospitality and Event Consultant, has worked with many restaurants as restaurant consultant around Asia / Perth for the pass 20+ years and applying his wisdom through guidance - including recipes development, marketing, collaboration cooking, restaurant systems and product development.
His skills have split into the media via writing and celebrity cooking demonstrations. branding Ambassador for many brands around the world. He is also appointed as the Destination Ambassador for Tourism Western Australia in 2019 till present.
